What is included in the price?
Door-to-door transfer, professional chauffeur, tolls, flight tracking for airport arrivals, up to 60 minutes wait, bottled water and onboard wifi.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. If delayed, your driver waits at no extra cost up to 60 minutes after the actual landing.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service. After that 50%. No-show: 100%.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Up to the max capacity of the chosen vehicle, the price is fixed — whether 1 or 14 passengers, you pay once.
Do you cover the clubs (Ushuaïa, Pacha, Blue Marlin)?
Yes, all clubs and beach clubs on the island — Ushuaïa, Pacha, Blue Marlin, Amnesia, DC10, Hi Ibiza, Cova Santa, Pikes, Lío. Pickup from your hotel or villa, optional wait during the event, safe trip back.
Do you do weddings and events?
Yes, we organise full transport for Ibiza weddings: shuttling guests from their hotels to the ceremony, to the reception, and home. We coordinate multiple vehicles based on group size.
Do you have child seats?
Yes — baby seats (0-13 kg), child seats (9-18 kg) and booster seats (15-36 kg). Request when booking, no extra cost.
Does the driver speak English?
All our drivers speak Spanish and English. Italian, French and German available on request.
Do you operate 24 hours?
Yes, 24/7 service year-round. For service between 00:00 and 07:00 a 20% night surcharge applies.
How do I get an invoice?
Automatically by email after the service, with full Spanish tax data (VAT, company NIF if requested).
